One landing page with unique design for your brand and niche. You pick from 2–3 design directions — after approval we build the page from scratch. The site is fully responsive for phones, tablets, and desktop. Also included: a contact form that sends leads to your email or Telegram. We help buy or transfer a domain and deploy on the hosting you choose. After launch you only pay hosting and domain to those providers — nothing extra to us if the server is yours.
We prepare 2–3 visual concepts for your brand. You compare and approve one. Then we build and fill the page from that approved direction — no last-minute surprises.
Yes. The website is fully responsive for mobile devices: it displays correctly on smartphones and tablets, with text and buttons easy to read and tap. There’s no extra fee for a “mobile version” — it’s included in the package.
A landing page is one strong page that explains your offer and collects leads (contact form, CTA). $400 does not include an online store with product admin, user accounts, complex registration, a custom backend for products/content, AI assistants, or deep automations. Need any of that? We scope and price it separately.
A simple form on the site: name, phone or email, short message — we can adjust fields for your business. When someone submits, the lead goes straight to email or Telegram. No site admin login required — messages land where you already work every day.
A domain is your site address (e.g. yourbrand.com). Hosting is where the site lives online. We help buy a new domain or transfer an existing one, and put the site on your chosen hosting. Domain and hosting are paid to those providers (usually yearly for domain, monthly/yearly for hosting). If hosting is already yours, you pay us nothing extra. There’s no Devquorum monthly subscription in this package after handoff — unless you choose hosting on our server (see below).
Yes. If you don’t want to buy and manage hosting yourself, we can host your site on our server. That’s a separate service at roughly ~400 UAH per month. The domain can stay yours, or we can help with it separately. Details are confirmed on Telegram.
About 5–7 business days from design approval to a live site (form, domain, hosting). Timing can shift if design pick takes longer or we’re waiting on your domain/hosting access — we’ll keep you updated.
That’s a different product level: catalogs, accounts, payments, AI bots, CRM integrations, etc. Not part of the $400 promo. Message us on Telegram with a short brief — we’ll estimate separately, no obligation.

For new clients, payment is split in two: the first part to our sole proprietor (FOP) after design approval, the second on handoff of the finished site.
